What is now Harvest Family Fellowship began in 2011. As an Evangelist I had just return from doing camp meetings in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales in April 2011 when the Pastor of the church approached me to let me know that the Foursquare had asked him if he would come and take over a church in Wichita Kansas that was in need of a Pastor and said you and Alice need to pray about taking over the existing church. We prayed and the Lord answer prayer so, in June 2011 my wife and I took over the church. In 2015 Pastor’s Rey And Alice moved their congregation to 522 SW Polk in downtown Topeka KS a church that was build in 1880 very old building. Although the building was in disrepair and needed a lot of work, the Rodriguez’s worked with the congregation to rehab the facility. Remodeling work continues to this day, New carpet was installed January 5, 2021, old pews were donated to churches in Haiti and new chairs were replaced for the pews.
Harvest Family Foursquare was born in 2011 with a few people in service. Today the multi-ethnic congregation numbers around 30.
